How much are tickets?

There are a limited number of PRIORITY TICKETS available from £15 per person.

General Admission is £25.00 each + booking fee.

Family Tickets are £21.25 each + booking fee (based on a minimum 4 tickets).

For groups of 10 or more please email info@digitalkidsshow.co.uk with details of how many places you would like to secure and one of our team will get back to you.

Can I attend if I don’t have children with me?

Unfortunately not; if you are not with a child or part of a family, this event isn’t for you. Entry is restricted to adults accompanied by at least one child. All children under 14 years muct be accompanied by an adult. Children between 14 to 17 years can attend without an adult, but MUST bring ID to prove their age. Any Adult of 18 year+ must accompany a child as per our Terms & Conditions.

What’s included in the ticket price?

General Admission tickets allow access to the venue from 11AM until 6PM and all features, stage shows and activities* subject to timing restrictions. The only thing you will have to pay for is food, beverages, any of the products you wish to purchase and any NON-INCLUSIVE activities as marked on the website.

PRIORITY TICKETS is the same as above except they allow early access from 10AM.

Will we be able to Meet & Greet YouTubers?

All ticket holders will have the chance to Meet & Greet YouTubers subject to timing restrictions. We do reserve the right to charge extra for a guaranteed Meet & Greet with a specific YouTuber as per our terms & conditions. YouTubers will be revealed closer to the event. Please follow our Facebook page for the latest news.

Is there a discount for group/bulk ticket purchases?

Yes. For groups of 10 or more, we offer a group discount. Please email info@digitalkidshow.co.uk with details of how many places you would like to secure.

Do I need a ticket for my baby/toddler?

Children under 2 are free to attend, but require a free ticket to enter. If your child is 2 or over, you must purchase a paid ticket.

Do I have to pay an additional booking fee for my ticket?

Yes there is a small additional booking fee per ticket, please check the ticket site for the exact cost.

I’ve bought a ticket but now I can’t make it. Can I have a refund?

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Are there any age restrictions at the show?

The age range for the show is 2-17 but we will have some games (which will be clearly marked) that will only be for 16 years olds and over. The show will not feature any games suitable for over 18 year olds. Parents are advised to guide their family to the areas that are the most appropriate for their family’s age ranges and needs. Around 95 per cent of the shows features are suitable for all age ranges.

Please note, those with very young children should be mindful of the fact some of the theatres will be very loud.

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive in your own time. Tickets purchased in advance will give you access to the show for the entire day. Tickets on the door will be available from 11:00am and priced at £30 for a Standard Ticket.

Is there somewhere to get food?

There will be food outlets for the full duration of the show that will provide hot, cold and alcoholic drinks, as well as hot and cold food. Their are a number of fast food and restaurants within a 5 minute walk of the venue also.
There will be water boiling facilities to warm baby food and pouches but we cannot guarantee the use of a microwave.

Will there be changing facilities for babies and toddlers?

Yes, there will be changing facilities available for babies and toddlers. If you run out, one of our staff members will be happy to provide you with nappy cream, wipes and nappies.

Will there be WIFI available?

Yes there is public WIFI at the event.

Can I take photographs and videos at the event?

Personal photography is permitted but all professional photographers must hold a valid press pass issued by the event organiser. Entry without a child is strictly limited to press only.

How do I get a press pass?

A limited number of press passes will be made available. Please contact info@digitalkidsshow.co.uk for further information. We operate a strict press pass policy which must be adhered to at all time.
